Cleft Repair

Many team members have been on medical missions before with other organizations. Many of the original team members are Vietnamese expatriate who made it their mission to bring reconstructive surgeons and expertise to Vietnam.

The team’s maiden mission took place at Hue University Medicine Hospital in Vietnam in 2023. The team collaborated with the Design Capital Asia organization and focused on providing much-needed medical care to children born with cleft lip and palates. In just five days, they completed an impressive 40 surgeries.
