Born and raised in Colombia where she graduated and obtained her Nursing Degree, Xiomara moved to the United States and started Nursing School in New Orleans, LA all over again to be able to work in the USA. When completed, she worked at the only Level I Trauma Center in Southeast Louisiana in the Operating Room for 4+ years. Afterwards, she started her Nurse Traveler career & Crisis Assignments. Xiomara is passionate, energetic, adventurous and ready to offer her talents through this wonderful organization and the people of Africa and around the World.
