I have been a RN for 20 years, primarily in the ER and Pre-Op . I have participated in multiple missions, including Hurricane Yolanda in the Philippines , Guatemala, Guyana & New Orleans. Being able to give back and give my experiences to help others has made me a better nurse . This opportunity to go Vietnam, where I was born, and volunteer with kids in need of cleft repairs, will help me accomplish life goals . I want to show others, including my children, family and friends, that we should appreciate life, be thankful for what we have , and in return pay it forward to others.
