Kim grew up in San Jose, CA. Since childhood, she has always known that she'd like to have a career that is people oriented, especially with children and the underprivileged. Kim has been working as a bedside RN for about 9 years throughout California- in med-surg, telemetry, orthopedics, rehabilitation, trauma, and corrections. Kim has recently begun her NP career in wound care. Kim is very excited to join IO on this medical mission in Hue and looks forward to learning from other medical volunteers and to create wonderful life altering experiences among the children in Vietnam.
