I am an ER nurse with over 22 years experience. I currently work in an ambulatory surgery setting. I have volunteered for 6 medical surgical missions in Vietnam serving patients needing cleft lip and palate surgery. I feel compelled to help others, especially children. I have no agenda except to do good. I am a firm believer in the saying, "Sometimes good things don't happen to you because you're the good thing that happens to other people." Our goal as human beings is to help each other and lift each other up to make each of us worth of the life we are given. I choose to help and I am proud to join OI Team Cleft Repair in our mission to serve the poor.
