Dr. Bhuller is a retired Orthopedic Surgeon now living in Vienna, VA. He was born in Malaysia and spent time in India and New Zealand before coming to USA in 1980. He practiced Orthopedic Surgery in the Richmond, VA area for 33 years before moving to his present home. Currently he is involved with several charities including Sevatruck (food delivery to the needy), Operation Walk (joint replacement surgery in developing countries), the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, and the John Randolph Foundation in Hopewell, VA. He was also part of the initial group that formed the Cameron Foundation in Petersburg, VA. In Malaysia. Dr. Bhuller is a supporter of the PSEAF in Malaysia (funding scholarships), and started a Single Women’s Shelter in his home town, Ipoh. In India, he has worked with the Akal Academy in Punjab to support rural education as well as Nishkam in Delhi for their scholarship program. For the last eight years, his team has been conducting Eye Camps in India, working in collaboration with CMC, in Ludhiana. He is also the Chairman of the CMC Board, USA that supports his alma mater and is the Secretary of the Sikh Human Development Foundation supporting students in Northern India. He is married to Dr. Neena Singh, a retired psychiatrist and they have two daughters.
