David Liang is a Staff Ophthalmologist in the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System and a Clinical Faculty at the Scott & White Ophthalmology Residency Program. David was previously the Director, Division of Cornea and External Disease at the Scott & White Eye Institute and the Director, Cornea/External Disease and Refractive Surgery at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He completed his Cornea, External Disease, Keratorefractive Fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and his Ophthalmology Residency at the Washington Hospital Center.
