Chinwe Okoye-Oyibo is a 3rd year family medicine chief resident at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. In the summer, she will matriculate to a surgical fellowship in Maternal Child Health to become an FM-OB. Chinwe has dedicated 10+ years to volunteering in minority communities because her passion is to address the health disparity gap and the maternal mortality rates in these communities. Chinwe's goal is to learn, spread knowledge, and to grow as a physician.
