This year we return to Guatemala after we skipped a year to go to Philippines. Revisiting the same site after one year absence was an eye opening experience that allowed us to conclude that annual visit may result in the faster development of the skills of the local doctors. It also allowed us to create a program that will assure sustainability of the progress which includes both the donation of more equipment and a 5-year committtement to return there on annual bases.
