We performed 55 complex procedures, some were more complex than we did before
We trained more doctors on more procedures and the level of cooperation was better than expected
Our work made the newspaper, and we all feel that we made a difference in many lives

Mission details

We performed 58 operations in our 5 days despite have our 3rd OR pulled 21/2 days do to hospital logistics. Our cases were more complex this year and we were also down 2 team members due to last minute drop outs. We made two different news papers and bonded well with the local MDs. We have made a great difference in the Azuay Province of Ecuador.
